EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, and RETURNS
Cavalor Equicare does not exchange, refund, or accept return of an item once it has been purchased except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods. If you receive an item that is defective, was damaged during shipping, or is not the item you ordered, contact Cavalor Equicare within 7 days of receipt of your order.
Cavalor Equicare does not accept returns without prior authorization. Please contact our office () for exchange, refund, or return authorization.
Cavalor Equicare does not accept returns where the product seal has been broken or tampered with in any way.
Any returns must be in as new condition.
Our office cannot accept unplanned deliveries so please do not return items COD as these will be rejected and automatically returned back to sender.

If we cannot supply your order within a reasonable time, Cavalor Equicare will contact you within 1 business day by email with a notification of backorder and estimated arrival time. You can choose to wait for the order or cancel at any time.
Refund Payment Credits
Please note, all refunds will be made to the original credit card used to purchase the goods. We will process payments as soon as possible, usually within seven (7) working days.
This policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.
